Grand Tasting Menu Makes Its Debut
The French Room, known for its superb a la carte and prefix menus, has created a new 13-course Grand Tasting Menu that offers an exquisite sampler from both menus. Personally selected by Executive Chef Jason Weaver each evening, this magnificent repast provides a culinary tour worthy of even the most discriminating gourmand.
With no menu – the tasting is blind – each course is a delightful surprise composed of small, tantalizing bites. You can enjoy the courses alone or with wine pairings of Sommelier Greg Cheval, who selects one wine for every two courses.
A “grand tasting” is based on the concept that your first few bites of a dish are the most delicious and satisfying. It also allows you to sample 13 different courses in one sitting and experience tastes that you have always wanted to try.
The French Room Grand Tasting Menu has many variations; you will find something new every time you dine. With service beautifully orchestrated by Maitre d’ Jim Donohue and his staff, you will feel as though you have traveled the world in great
comfort and style – and never left your chair.
