The Bistro serves continental cuisine in an atmosphere reminiscent of the great European coffee houses. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the menu reflects international culinary trends. Each day Chef Jason Weaver includes a special entree drawing on the region’s latest harvest. The mahogany-paneled Bistro Bar, serving a light menu, is open daily.

Breakfast: Mon thru Fri, 6:30 am – 11:00 am
Sat & Sun, 6:30 am – 12:00 pm
Lunch: Mon thru Fri, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Sat & Sun, 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Limited Menu: Daily, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Dinner: Nightly, 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
