The Adolphus proudly offers over 24,000 square feet of attractive and flexible meeting and event space, dividing into a total of 22 rooms. The French Room
The French Room, which earned Gourmet magazine’s top ranking for the Dallas/Fort Worth region for three consecutive years, features a menu rich in fresh seasonal ingredients and a wine list that recently earned Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence.
The Bistro
The Bistro serves continental cuisine in an atmosphere reminiscent of the great European coffee houses. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the menu reflects international culinary trends. Each day the Chef includes appetizers and a selection of entrees that draw on the region’s latest harvest.
The Walt Garrison Rodeo Bar and Grill
The Adolphus changes its top hat to a Stetson with the lively Walt Garrison Rodeo Bar and Grill. It’s just the place to hang up the spurs and take in the sights and country/western sounds of the Lone Star State. Here amidst authentic Old West collectibles you can dig into hearty Texas fare: grilled hamburgers, barbecue, Tex-Mex favorites, and all the trimmings. Also offered is a monthly drink calendar with daily specials and televisions that air the latest news, sports and stock quotes.
The Bistro Bar and Lobby Living Room
This is the perfect place to meet and start the evening, to relax and chat with friends or business associates, or to just enjoy the majesty of the Lobby Living Room. One can also unwind to the sounds of the Lobby’s Victorian Steinway that was once owned by the Guggenheims. Serving cocktails daily throughout the afternoon and evening.
The French Room Bar
The ideal spot for a quiet drink before or after dinner in The French Room, or for that cozy alcove to enjoy another’s company.
Afternoon Tea
In the English tradition, afternoon tea is served in the Lobby Living Room seasonally from September through June.
Business Center
The Executive Business Center serves as “your office away from the office.” It is conveniently located on the Mezzanine, adjacent to a majority of the meeting rooms. The Automated Business Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An attendant is available for your assistance 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Among the services provided by the business center are: custom typing, desktop publishing, office equipment rental, outgoing fax transmissions, and photocopying. A full line of office supplies is available for purchase. The Business Center also features two complete computer workstations with a laser color printer, a laptop workstation with laser printer and high-speed Internet access port. The office is credit card activated and user friendly.
The Concierge
In the best European tradition, our Concierge staff serve as your personal aides-in-residence. They are available to assist you with any matter pertaining to the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. The Concierge desk is located in the Registration Lobby.
Gift Shop
The Gift Shop carries a wide selection of magazines, newspapers, souvenirs, travel aids, and other sundries. Purchases can be delivered to your room upon request.

Health Club/Fitness Room
For light workouts, the hotel Fitness Center offers a full-range of exercise equipment, including stationary bikes, treadmills, stair steppers, elliptical trainer, and a multi-gym. The facility is open 24 hours a day. As our guest, you have member privileges at The Texas Club. This private athletic club offers racquetball courts, an indoor running track, pool, an aerobics studio and a full range of professional fitness equipment and instruction.
