When a smaller more intimate Dallas hotel meeting space is requested, there are six smaller singular board rooms and conference rooms to choose from at The Adolphus. Whether your event is casual or formal, you'll receive superb personalized service and special attention from our staff of experienced professionals. For intimate gatherings, the Directors, Executive and William Lee O’Daniel rooms provide conference seating from 10 to 14 people and windows for natural light. Any one of our luxury suites with an outdoor terrace can serve as the perfect setting for a casual executive meeting and accommodations for your VIP guest. Choose from a variety of accommodations for a small gathering such as our unique Queen Elizabeth Suite. Perhaps the Penthouse Suite is more suited for the CEO or Executive on this private floor with separate elevator, and appointed with Oriental accents, hardwood floors, a dining room for 6, wet bar, separate library, a master bedroom with king four poster bed, and ½ guest bath. The Adolphus offers a comprehensive, self-service business center, along with complimentary wireless Internet access in all guest accommodations and public areas, and the easy arrangement of all telecommunication and audio-visual needs if desired.

Business Center
The Executive Business Center serves as “your office away from the office.” It is conveniently located on the Mezzanine, adjacent to a majority of the meeting rooms. The Automated Business Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An attendant is available for your assistance 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Among the services provided by the business center are: custom typing, desktop publishing, office equipment rental, outgoing fax transmissions, and photocopying. A full line of office supplies is available for purchase. The Business Center also features two complete computer workstations with a laser color printer, a laptop workstation with laser printer and high-speed Internet access port. The office is credit card activated and user friendly.
